An important part of our coaching sessions was finding out what I wanted and needed in life. When it was hard or scary, Ashwina gave me the extra push and guidance to continue. We also worked on releasing everything that I was carrying with me from my past — it has really changed the way I approach life and other people, and has lead me to having much more joy and fun in life.
